Throughout my career, I've looked for organizations faced with significant challenges. Those that allow creatives not only to chime in on strategic processes but ask them to drive product decisions have been particularly interesting.
The current automotive industry presents ample opportunities and a clear imperative for optimization, innovation, and disrupting the status quo. The challenges of digitalization, globalization, and, notably, the growing environmental crisis necessitate swift adaptation by both organizations and customers.
In recent years, I was lucky enough to teach at design and technology universities and help build up design communities within BMW Group.
